Online Registration Procedure

	Please add whpcanada.sydney@international.gc.ca to your email "contacts" or "safe list." This is to ensure that your online application instructions and forms are not confused with junk mail and blocked by your email security settings. This site has previously encountered problems with Hotmail filtering our emails to some of our applicants. Please use an alternative email account if possible. Your email viewer must also be able to support HTML emails in order to view our emails properly.
	To start the online registration process, enter your email address through the following link: START ONLINE REGISTRATION
	After entering a valid email address, an email will be sent to you immediately. Follow the link in the email to continue your application. If a pop up warning appears regarding a security certificate, please click 'Yes' or 'Ok' to proceed. Please check your junk/bulk inbox if you do not receive our email.
	The link will bring you to a WHP Canada website page: ENTERING USER INFORMATION You will need to enter personal, contact and passport information.
	You will proceed through the: Pre-Assessment of Admissibility; and Immigration Declaration.
	You will then be asked to verify that the information you entered in steps 3 and 4 are correct. You can edit details here if they are incorrect. If correct, please click "Submit Application".
	An email will be sent to your email address for your records. The email will contain: Your Personalised Application; Submission Instructions; Checklist of documents to submit with your application. (Note: If your checklist includes a link which does not direct you to the specific page or form, please refer to 'Link to Additional Forms' below. Our Immigration website has recently migrated to a new server and some links have been affected.) Please follow these instructions carefully and submit your application by post. Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected. Please wait for 4 weeks before inquiring about the status of your application. This concludes the first part of your application. 	The Consulate General of Canada in Sydney will receive and process your application. We will contact you if further information is required. If successful, your Letter of Introduction and program participation fee receipt will be sent to you by email. Please check your junk/bulk inbox if you do not receive our email. If you are turning 31 years old soon, plese note that to meet the age criteria, your application must be stamped as received by the Consulate General of Canada in Sydney prior to your 31st birthday.
