1. Q: How can I get a WHP Canada application form?

There are no blank application forms available for WHP Canada. The application form may only be obtained when you complete the online application process. Once you successfully apply online you will be emailed your application form (pre-filled from the information you entered) with your unique participant number.  You then print the form and prepare your application for lodging.

2. Q: Can I do the online application process more than once?

A: The system will not prevent you from doing the online application process more than once. However all exact matching personal data will be combined into one record.  It is the original complete application that will define your application to the program.

3. Q: If I apply more than once, will the answers to my first online application be compared to my second online application?

A: If for some reason you do the online process more than once, the data you provide on the 2^nd or subsequent applications will be combined into one record and you will be contacted to explain any obvious differences.

4. Q: Why do I need to complete both an online application and submit an original application form?

A: When you complete the form online, you are creating your own participant record.  This enables us to process more applications faster.  However, for legal reasons we still need a printed form with an original ink signature. 

5. Q: Can I print more than one application form once it is sent via email to me?

A: Yes, you may print off an extra copy for your own record keeping if you wish, but all your forms will have your unique participant number, so you will not be able to give the form to someone else to make their application.

6. Q: If a friend gives me a blank application form can I use it?

A: No, there are no blank application forms for the WHP Canada. Each applicant must apply online by entering their own personal information, then print and sign their own original form to submit.

7. Q: What if I have done the online application process and my data is stored on the server, but I decide not to apply this year?

A: If you apply online and then choose not to submit your application by mail, your data will be deleted from our records when the WHP Canada quota is closed.  The data will not be stored for reference and will not be used for any other purpose.
