Preparing Your Application

Once you have printed your WHP Canada application form and personalized checklist you must attach:

• The Program Participation Fee (PPF); and

• A clear photocopy of the information (photo) page of your Australian passport (DO NOT SEND YOUR ACTUAL PASSPORT); and

• 2 photographs, for specifications, please refer to Visa Application Photograph Specifications

Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected and returned to you unprocessed.

If you were required to obtain additional documents in the personalized checklist emailed to you after completing the online application, you must also include these with your application at the time you apply. Be sure to request police authorities send your police certificate directly to you rather than to the Consulate General of Canada as we cannot match incoming documents to your application at a later date.
